| Our breeding
priorities for this litter were temperament and upland
ability. Kaylee has always had a very calm and
cooperative temperament and we were hoping to find a
male who was just as quiet and calm. Luckily, we
found Las. Las and his littermates have been
described by some as "the easiest langhaar I have
ever trained" and "extremely calm and
well-mannered".
Las has done exceptionally well in the show ring and
his hunting tests. He is a multiple Best in Show
winner with a beautiful coat and good conformation.
He has the highest hip rating in all of Denmark and
possibly all of Europe. And his hunting ability is
second to none. He has been hunted on numerous
gamebird species throughout Scandinavia and handled them
all well. We were very excited to have the
opportunity to use such a good-looking and talented dog.
The puppies in this litter should to be small to
medium-sized langhaars. They should all hunt at a
quick pace with medium range. These puppies will
be extremely easy to train and calm-natured with a ton
of natural ability. Kaylee was bred in late
February and the puppies went to their new homes in June
2009. |
